The user has all the rights of a personal data subject provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". Personal information is deleted at the user's personal request, which is an automatic reason for terminating the relationship with the service.
Procedure for making changes: The administration of chernomor.org has the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect 7 calendar days after their publication on the website. In case of significant updates, the administration undertakes to inform users via email or a message on the website.
